Just like boat trailers, pontoon boat trailers come in multiple sizes. At B & G Trailers, we stock a broad assortment of new & used/refurbished Galvanized Steel and Aircraft Strength Aluminum pontoon boat trailers designed to carry pontoon boats from 14 to 34 feet in length. The size and weight of the pontoon boat will determine number of axles the trailer will have. But no matter what the size, your trailer will be adjusted to custom fit your boat.

Pontoon boat trailers come in either Galvanized Steel or Aircraft Strength High-Grade Aluminum framing.

Galvanized Steel pontoon trailers are great for freshwater and saltwater boating. Our hot-dip galvanized trailers are engineered and constructed to withst and prolonged use in the harshest marine environments. With proper maintenance, they will last for many years.

The Aircraft Strength High-Grade Aluminum pontoon trailers are also great for fresh or saltwater and are usually lighter in towing weight. Which type of trailer you choose will depend upon your boat size, your tow weight and your budget. We will help you make the right choice!

Galvanized Steel Pontoon Trailers

St andard Features:

  • Quality Construction – Trailers are constructed of hot-dipped galvanized mill channel steel frame.
  • Heavy-Duty Caster Jack St and – A caster jack st and is used to level the trailer once unhitched and assist in hitching.
  • Winch & Winch St and – Pulls the boat out of the water onto the trailer and secures it during traveling.
  • Sleeved Bunks – Bunks will be made from pressure-treated lumber and covered with plastic skid sleeves.
  • Springs, Axles & Wheels – heavy-duty springs, axles and wheels.
  • Safety Chain – Keeps the trailer attached in the unlikely event your trailer separates from the tow vehicle while in transit.
  • Submersible St andard or LED Lights – Lights designed to prevent water from entering the housing cavity (in some cases LED lights are optional).

Aluminum Pontoon Trailers

  • I-Beam Construction – Aluminum Box I-Beam Cross Members providing for the strongest framing available and giving extra-long life to your boat trailer.

  • Loading Guides – During recovery, loading guides help identify the left and right sides of the trailer that is underwater. When backing the empty trailer down the ramp, they help to identify the rear of the trailer when the trailer itself is not visible.
